Loading Belgium Peppol UBL 2.1 Payables Invoices to CMK via OIC

Summary:

I am trying to load Payables invoices into CMK using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for Belgium e-Invoicing (Peppol). The source invoices are in UBL 2.1 Peppol Invoice-IN format, and I am consuming the standard CMK SOAP WSDL (link below) from OIC.

Despite configuring the SOAP integration and mapping the UBL payload according to the WSDL, the invoices are not loading successfully into CMK / Payables.

I would appreciate guidance on the following:

  1. Is it supported to load Belgium Peppol UBL 2.1 invoices into CMK using the standard SOAP WSDL via OIC?
  2. Does CMK require any specific XML wrapper, transformation, or canonical format
