How to add additional filters on Tools screen on Purchase Requisitions?

If we go to RSSP > Purchase Requisitions > Shop by Category > Tools > Table view, is there a possibility to add additional filters on the basis of Catalogs or Item Descriptions? (something like Query by example on classic UI, or even just as an additional filter on the Top Search bar)
