For an Item in Global BPA, need site wise Buyer value defaulted from Buyer assignment rules

Summary:

If BU have multiple organizations(site) and each organization have different buyers which is defined in manage buyer assignment rules. BPA is defined as globally with buyer details in it. So, when supplier creating replenishment request for the BPA item then the requisition is creating in BPA buyer's queue. Is there any way to create approved requisition in site level buyer's queue defined in buyer assignment rules.
