Items planned method displayed not planned even though they were assigned MRP planned

Few of the newly created items were not visible in the planning tables even though they are marked MRP planned in the planning specification but when we saw in the item level it was displayed as not planned. Thus, assuming they are into flowing into the planning tables.? Need clarity understanding this.
