Comment box against offer exceptance

Hi all,

We have a requirement to have a comment box against the offer which is sent to candidate over email along with the offer letter.

Let's say, if the candidate wants to accept the offer and wants to update the Hiring Date they must be able to enter details after the Offer Acceptance.
