We are observing an issue in Inventory Valuation where an item that has been inactivated is still appearing on the valuation report.

Details:

  • The item status was Inactivated
  • All on-hand quantity was fully issued out
  • Despite this, the item still appears in the Inventory Valuation report
  • Item Cost is still displayed, even though there is no remaining quantity

Could you please advise:

  • Why an inactivated item with no on-hand quantity is still included in Inventory Valuation?
  • What steps or setups are required to ensure that inactivated items are excluded from the Inventory Valuation report?
