The manager sees all documents for his reports despite having a document type security profile

Summary:

Hello,

We have created a custom role for Line Managers and we have configured a Document Type Security Profile to allow them to view only certain documents of records.

Despite this, they are able to view all documents.
When querying the BI, the user only sees the correct documents, but the system shows them all.

What is causing this misalignment? How can it be resolved?
