I have a few questions regarding Eloqua AI – Fatigue Analysis.
- Regarding the data used for fatigue analysis, could you please confirm whether the analysis is based only on email sends and opens?
Is it correct to understand that other types of contact activities are not included in the fatigue analysis model? - For example:We understand that these classifications are likely driven by AI-based predictions, which may make it difficult to disclose exact metrics. However, since this question has come directly from our customer, we would appreciate as much detail as possible at a level that can reasonably be explained.
