Hiring requirements

Hello,

I'm new one in ORC, and I have requirements from customer.

Can any one give headline to do these requirements:

A notification is sent to the job manager to assign a companion to the new employee. A field appears for the job manager displaying all members of the department/file, allowing them to select and assign a companion for the new employee during their time at the office.

• If a companion is not assigned within 3 working days, an automatic reminder is sent.

• If a companion is assigned, a notification is sent to the companion, the direct manager, and the relevant portfolio/department business partner.
