How to restrict the People Group Flex Field to specific country/LE

Summary:

I Created Segments for Oracle Delivered PPG and Deployed it. Even though we attached it to specific LE through Manage LE HCM Information the PPG fields are visible to every LE. But I need to restrict this PPG Segments to only one specific LE.

Could you please suggest me the process to achieve it?
