Is it possible to default the termination action field to blank or something different?

Summary: I have found a few posts on this topic, but need to make sure what can or can't be done. After reading some posts it seems like it is not possible to default the termination action field to blank and what is currently defaulted in this field cannot be overwritten using VBS. Is this a correct assumption?
