Can we send Candidate Flexfield Information to Sterling or Background Check Partner?

We would like to send Some Flex field Information to our background check partner Sterling.

Does ORC support sending Flexfield Information at the Candidate Level to Background check partner?

Will Sterling see this information at their end?

We know that we can send Flexfield Information at the Requisition Level to Background check partner but as the information is different for different Candidates we do not want to send this information at Requisition Level hence we want to know if there is a way to send it at Candidate Level.
