2025 changes to 1099 MISC and NEC formats not delivered in 25D release

There are changes to US 1099 Report for MISC and NEC formats for 2025. We were expecting Oracle to deliver the updates by 25D release. However, we observed that the updates were not delivered as part of 25D release (Dec-2025). We are now working through an SR to get the updates through CWB Patch. Is this miss from Oracle ? Considering that 1099 Reports need to delivered to Users by end of Jan-2026, we dont understand how Oracle can miss delivering the updates as part of 25D release.
