Hiding Seniority Date Section in Resign from Employment of ESS in Redwood

Summary:

In VBS, marking the Seniority Date sections in Resign from employment as 'Hidden' doesn't actually appear to hide them. Anyone achieved this solely through VBS or will we need to do some security role changes as well?
