Where can I find the person record of an employee whose work relationship has been cancelled

Hello experts,

we have cancelled an employee's work relationship, and If we try to search for the same employee in the redwood Employment Info page, no records appear. Is there a page where the person record info are still visible, even if the WR has been cancelled? Seems that the system recognize the person only if we rehire a person with the same name/national ID/….
