Is there a way to auto-attach or auto-send a pdf document to the Primary Party on the Contract

Hello,

Our organization has a 'Vendor Code of Conduct' that we currently send to every vendor we engage in a Contract with.

Currently we manually email it to them every time we create the Contract in Contract Management module.

Is there a better way to do this? i.e. a Contract Template w/ auto-attached PDF, or a an automatic email that gets sent to the supplier contact email address once contract is created?
