Dynamic link to the requisition job application page.

I have a requirement to include a dynamic link to the requisition job application, which should update automatically for each new requisition and candidate. The client would like an email notification to be sent to the Hiring Team at every phase and state. This email should contain a link that redirects them directly to the respective job application page. Similar to the existing alert IRC_JobApp_Review_HM, which already includes a job application link, we are looking to create a similar alert with a different subject line and message, specifically tailored for the Hiring Team. Kindly let us know if this can be configured, and please share any guidance or recommendations on how we can proceed with this requirement. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
