Fetching Tax Lines Based on AP Distribution Lines and Ship To Location

I'm trying to determine the correct, delivered method for linking AP_INVOICE_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL with ZX_LINES in order to retrieve tax amounts at the individual distribution line level and separate them based on the Ship To location.

Is there a supported or recommended join path between these table in Oracle Fusion, or an intermediary table that should be used to properly associate tax lines to AP invoice distributions?
