Row Flattening is erroring for delivered geography trees

in Human Capital Management

We are facing the below error when applying row flattening (Online Flattening) on delivered geography trees, like for Saudi Arabia.

However, this is working properly for the custom geography trees. Any lead on how to resolve the issue for the delivered geography tree will be appreciated.
