Based on Department list of value selection appropriate DFF has to be appear in oracle fusion

I hope you are doing well.

I am looking for guidance on achieving the following requirement:

When a user selects a Department from the list of values, the corresponding DFFs (Functions) should appear based on that selection.

We have a reporting structure where Departments may have the same name but different department codes. Based on the selected Department (specific code), another field called Function (DFF) should display only the relevant list of values.

Could you please suggest the best approach to implement this dependency between Department and Function DFF LOVs?
