Validation for overall allocation% added in the form created for PF/Gratuity nomination

Hi Team,
We are implementing Fusion, and the business wants to enforce validation if the overall allocation percentage for added nominees for PF/Gratuity nomination is less than or greater than 100%. We are using a form to capture nomination details along with the required percentage.
Currently, we have suggested triggering a custom email if the overall allocation percentage does not equal 100%, but the business prefers to have this restriction enforced directly by the system rather than through a custom email.
Do we have any approach to handle this scenario
