Unable to convert Pending worker.

HR Team is unable to convert any pending worker into employees. System is throwing below error:
Invalid Value entered for attribute: LocationId

Navigation: My Client Groups > New Person > Pending Worker > Choose an employee > Convert

The business unit, location, job, and all other required details are mapped correctly. However, we are encountering this issue for all pending workers during the conversion process. When we attempt a Quick Convert, the conversion completes successfully without any issues.
