We need to run ESS job every time we create a new assignment and want to search for it?

Over the past year, we have transitioned to Redwood UI for our customer and are currently conducting an Integrated Testing Cycle. During this phase, we are performing frequent transactions related to assignments, employees, and other HR data.

We have observed that, in order to accurately reflect new or updated employee and assignment records in the system—particularly to avoid duplicates or missing data in the landing/search screens—we must run the ESS job “Create Index Definition and Perform Initial Ingest to OSCS for Index - fa-hcm-person” multiple times a day. This frequent execution is necessary for our testing activities, but the job takes over three hours to complete each time.
