How to make ‘Recommend for Rehire’ Mandatory During Resignation Approval?

Currently, when an employee submits a resignation, the manager receives an approval notification and can approve the transaction without selecting the edit option to choose the “Recommend for Rehire.” selection. This results in incomplete data for rehire eligibility.
