"Person Enterprise Termination Date" is showing an end date for active employees in HCM Extract

Summary:

I have an HCM extract which is created based on UE PER_EXT_PAY_EMPLOYEES_UE. I am using "Person Enterprise Hire Date" DB item group to get the termination date of an employee. When i run the extract it gives me a date for "Person Enterprise Hire date" even though the employee is active.

Due to this reason there are many employees who have a term date in the HCM extract even though they are active.

Is this the correct attribute to use for getting "termination date" of an employee in UE "PER_EXT_PAY_EMPLOYEES_UE"
