Pension computation daily conversion rates required

Summary:

Hello everyone , We had recently faced an issue in payroll where Bahrain pension was not computed for one employee . The reason was identified as daily conversion rates were not uploaded for BHD. I have below queries on this topic :

1. why there is a dependency on uploading the daily conversion rates for pension computation . The value of pension is in AED . Payroll currency for us is AED 2. Are the rates used in any computation

3. Payroll processing does not give any warning or error if the pension is not computed . How can we get this sorted as payroll team needs to know this so that they can take required action.
