How to change the workflow subject of the email notification for a Supplier Spend Authorized Report in Oracle Fusion. Currently we are working on to change the subject line for a Supplier Spend Authorized report and I've looked through the documentation and settings but couldn’t be able to modify this subject line in the BPM work list Setup
