Customer account service SOAP endpoint not exposing descriptive flexfield context and it's fields?

Summary:

We are using oracle CustomerAccountService soap endpoint to create customer accounts with Oracle Integration. For some reason the endpoint is aware of global descriptive flexfields but not descriptive flexfields.

This is out integration point where we use CustomerAccountService to create customer accounts.

If you go to mappings, you can see the global dffs (in the sense that they are not assigned to any context). The custom DFF xxftCustAcctSeg2 is one of our flexfields without context
