Buyer from Agreement to be Buyer on PO and not Suggested Buyer from PR

Suggested Buyer from PR is being treated as Buyer for PO, however it should come from BPA/agreement.

We have a scenario - wherein even if Suggested Buyer is populated on the PR, the Buyer from Agreement should be treated and maintained on PO

need the Buyer from the BPA to remain the Buyer on related POs instead of the suggested Buyer from the requisition.
We are also using Optin Assign Requisition Lines to the Buyer on the Source Agreement

But system is treating Suggested Buyer as the Buyer for PO and not picking up from Agreement
