Clear budget data while sending data from EPM planning to ERP

Summary:

We have integration to push Budget numbers from Planning application to "Oracle Cloud ERP GL balances", if we update some intersections as #Missing in Planning application, the for the same intersections still exists in ERP when we run the integration which is causing data disconnects between two applications (Planning and ERP). As per few responses in other threads, we tried to create 'CLEAR REGION' however its disabled.

Can you please share your ideas on how to address this issue?
