26A Learning & Development Changes

Summary: With the coming 26A release for Oracle HCM, there are a number of changes that seem to have a potential impact the process of system implementation.

I am a consultant implementing the Learn Module for a client in the middle of our first testing cycle. Today, we went through the 26A release notes with the client and have found that there are a number of changes that seem to have a potential on impacting configuration.
