Delay in Transition Synchronization – Extended Runtime Issue

Hi Team,

We are facing a significant delay in synchronization completion.

Current Observation:

  • Transition Synchronization is completed only 29% even after running since yesterday.
  • Earlier, the same synchronization activity used to run daily and complete within approximately 2 hours.
  • Currently, it has been running for more than 12 hours and is still not completed.
  • The number of Models involved is not high, so extended runtime is unexpected.

Questions:

  1. Is there any way to monitor, control, or optimize the synchronization process to improve completion time?
  2. Are there any recommended checks, logs, or settings that we should validate from our end?
