How to restrict family and emergency contacts, to view only for one of the custom HR roles?

Hi All,

We have a requirement where we need to restrict Family and Emergency contacts, identification info to 'View Only' when the HR accesses it. While I explored options like copying HR Analyst role, the shortcoming is there are lot of other privilege missing if I do so. Hence I copied a HR Specialist role and trying to restrict it by changing a DSP policy but really unsure of the exact DSP. Could you please help
