Redwood: Not able to hide add button for an EFF under Additional Person Info

Hi,

We have an EFF under Additional Person Info which should be read only to employee role whereas the same field should be editable to LMs and HR specialists. This was working fine in responsive UI whereas in redwood we are not able to achieve this. Request your help on this. Thanks in Advance.
