How to disaggregate Customer monthly CX forecast into smart weekly buckets in DM?
Summary:
Current process is the Monthly CX forecast is split into 4/5 weekly buckets. e.g. 1,000 cases/mo, 5 week month 200/week, 4 week month 250/week.
I'd like to know if there is a way to use system logic to split the monthly into smart weekly buckets in DM? e.g. Customer consistently orders the 1 st week of the month and none the remaining weeks. I would think the logic could be pulled from Booking history to disaggregate into the appropriate weekly buckets? Appreciate any feedback!
