How to make prescreening questions -automatically appear sequentially while creating requestions

we created prescreening questions that should appear automatically when we create requisitions for a certain location but we see that the questions created in certain order and not showing up as is , they are randomly displayed and we have to create requisition and then reorder every question, which is a hectic task for recruiters so we want the questions to appear sequentially without extra effort of reordering them. any idea on how can we achieve it ?
