SSH and PGP keys for test configuration

Summary:

I have been creating SSH and PGP keys as suggested in the oracle documents but every time, the bank ask me to encrypt the file with signature which I assume is part of the transmission configuration. Every time we send a payment file, it fails and errors.

Can you please let me know how to encrypt the file with signature and what steps should be followed?
