Need to Change an Tax Asset from CIP to Capitalized so Populated the

FixedAssetMassadjustmentImportTemplate but got the following error

This transaction isn't allowed because the capitalization threshold isn't enabled for the asset book.

Was able to clear this error by following the instructions in the attached document

But then got this error

You can change an asset type only from Expensed to Capitalized or from Capitalized to Expensed.

So far I cannot find any document that allows me resolve this error

One document mentioned retiring the asset and re-entering it, which i dont want to do.

Is athere a solution to do this?
