how to bind DFF one segment to another

Summary:

I need to have 3 segment in the DFF.

Segment1-Customer Name

Segment 2 -Customer Account

Segment3-Bill to Site

Segment 2 LOV should populate based on segment 1

Segment 3 -Lov should populate based on segment 2
