Custom RSSP error message

User would like to custom the procurement error message:
from "Couldn't submit requisition. You must provide a value for the Payment Method attribute."
to "Couldn't submit requisition. You must provide a value for the Payment Method."
Is the requirement feasible, as sometimes they became confuse with Payment Method and Attribute Value field on Requisition summary.
