Enable DFF at Header Level on RSSP page based on Category at Line level

Summary:

Hi Oracle Expert,

We have a requirement on the 25D - RSSP page where the business wants to enable a DFF (Descriptive Flexfield) value for the preparer when they select a particular category X at the line level. It is possible that users may enter multiple categories for each line; however, as soon as they select the specific X category, they should not be able to submit the RSSP requisition without entering the Header-level DFF value.

Please Note - We do not want the header-level DFF to be mandatory for all requisitions, as this would impact processes that do not use that DFF or category. Additionally, the business does not want an approval rule that rejects the requisition if the DFF is not selected and category
