As an approver for the Supplier Registration Request, I am looking for a way to add internal notes or comments during the approval process. Currently, approvers can only Approve or Reject the request.

I would like to have an option similar to “Request for Information”, where clicking the button opens a field or dialog box allowing the approver to enter comments or request clarification. These notes should be for internal team use only and saved with the request for reference and follow-up, without being visible to suppliers or external users.
