Default Source Type and Source Organization in Redwood Self Service Requisition page.

Hi Team,

We would like to request the possibility of defaulting the Source Type and Source Organization fields in the Enter Requisition Line page within the Redwood Self Service Requisition module.

Currently, when attempting to default the Source Type and Source Organization, the UOM and Price fields are not being populated as expected.

We have identified the following issues:

1. Source Organization LOV Issue:
   When a user selects a Source Organization from the List of Values (LOV), a value-select event is triggered, which subsequently invokes the retrieveTransferPrice API using the selected Organization ID to default the UOM and Price fields. However, when we default the Organization ID directly, the
