Unable to view the newly created document type in document records page

Summary:

We recently created a new document type in the redwood document types page called as "Visa Application Letter"

Navigation: My Client Groups>Show More>Document Types

Issue: We are unable to access the new Document Type in the setup page as well as the Document Records page.

Additional Analysis: We proceeded to disable the Document Types redwood page and could view the new document type in the responsive setup page, but not in the document records page.

We have run all the required ESS Jobs listed in this doc for Global HR.

Would appreciate if anybody could help in identifying / resolving the issue.
