How to capture Supplier Contacts at Supplier Site level in OTBI report?

A report for supplier details has been developed to get the supplier, site and the contact details on the report.

Noticed in the report that suppliers contacts were associated to all sites when user tagged only one contact to each site.

US site - contact A
CA Site - contact B

The report shows Contact A and B tagged to both US and CA site.
The report shows an issue with supplier contacts where it is showing all defined sites.
The expected behavior is that each site has a dedicated contact.
