Don't show Oracle Search based on role/privilege

We'd need a way to prevent ex workers to see other workers.

Configuring the Public Workers search globally (and defining all roles other than ex worker as an exception to the global setting) is not a feasible option. Is there a way to completely switch off or disable the search based on roles or other criteria?
