Core HR Redwood Upgrade: Biographical Information Not Displaying for User

Hello everyone!
We are currently transitioning the Core HR module to Oracle Redwood. We have noticed that the biographical information for the same user account is not visible (please see the attached screenshot). We have checked the privileges of the custom employee role against the standard one and did not find any differences. Could you please assist us with this issue?
