Clarification Needed on Skill & Qualification Tabs in Oracle Redwood Core HR Module

Hello everyone!
We are currently transitioning the Core HR module to Oracle Redwood. We have noticed that on the Skills and Qualifications page there are two tabs: Self Evaluation Graph and Manager Evaluation Graph. We would like to understand their purpose and, most importantly, how we can display the graphs.

Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
