Account analysis report doesn't return any data for some code combination

When I run the Account Analysis Report some journal lines are missing which are apart of journal.

When I run the Account Analysis Report some lines are missing which are apart of journal. These segment values were not filtered out the parameter of the report. The issue currently identified is only happening for about 3 code combinations. I should not that the segment values for these combination do appear on the account analysis for other code combinations.
