How can we store notes on the supplier profile that other internal AP team members can review?

In our previous ERP, the supplier admin team had the ability to add notes to the supplier profile. These notes contained information about the supplier that the other AP team members could reference.

Is there a Notes field on the Supplier profile? If not, how else can we provide a solution to the Supplier Admin and AP team?
